Howdy Folks!
As you’ve probably already noticed, I haven’t been updating the blog for a couple of weeks. Things have gotten pretty busy for me as of late and unfortunately The Customer Authority has had to take a back seat.
Many thing going on right now. First and foremost is I have been spending much of my time launching a new project of mine – RENEGADE GRINDER MAGAZINE. It’s an online magazine featuring rockabilly music and culture. I’m the editor-in-chief and head writer. We just put out our first 2 issues and are already getting fabulous feedback. Now all we need is advertisers and we’re golden!

In addition to the magazine, life itself has been getting in the way of my writing for the blog. I need to get some things in order and so my focus is elsewhere at the moment.
That does NOT mean the blog is going away. My hope is to continue as soon as things are back in order. Hopefully in the next month.
